Bought a brand new Colorado from you. Just needed an oil change, The tech, Nathan Spears, texted me a video of his multi-point inspection (I thought that was really neat) showing what he was seeing in real time, he also discovered damage t texted me a video of his multi-point inspection (I thought that was really neat) showing what he was seeing in real time, he also discovered damage to a tire that could not be repaired. Eric Reinhold ordered a new tire, found an empty slot in the next days schedule and I got that issue resolved in one day. Have always used Heartland for my routine and extra maintenance on my Corvette. Their Corvette techs know the car well and report anything that might be a concern in the future. The service is quick but they take their time to do the work correctly. Oil and filter change was done while I waited. Have used Heartlands service department many times and will continue to do so. Nice to know that the people working on your vehicle care about their work and your time. More
