Disappointed in the transparency that was awarded to me. I went to get an oil change and see what a brake monitor light meant in August 2025. They only did an oil change and said I would have to come back t I went to get an oil change and see what a brake monitor light meant in August 2025. They only did an oil change and said I would have to come back to put it in the computer. I was told at that time that breaks have a lot of life (little over half). Made appt to put on computer October 2025 and after 5.5 hours of waiting I need breaks now. Very disappointed that I had to make a whole other appt for what I originally requested and lost pretty much a whole day of sitting and waiting there. I wasn’t told it would take a considerable amount of time until I showed up for my appointment. Transparency would have been greatly appreciated. More
