I arrived 15 mins early to be told service on vehicle will be after 1p. Tech was on lunch. At 1:20p vehicle was moved. At almost 1hr/15mins truck appeared and sat. I went out to service area and asked if will be after 1p. Tech was on lunch. At 1:20p vehicle was moved. At almost 1hr/15mins truck appeared and sat. I went out to service area and asked if truck was ready. There seemed to be some confusion who was to check me out. This service was for a recall. I felt it could have been handled smoother and faster. Everyone overall, was very polite. More

Was Bad experience I took my truck to be fixed. They fix whatever was wrong with it. They call me around 4:30 saying that they finish with the truck I couldn’t make it by the time they closing so I They fix whatever was wrong with it. They call me around 4:30 saying that they finish with the truck I couldn’t make it by the time they closing so I show up on Saturday and my back window was broke and they took my tool and the answer that I have from them was that they are not responsible for any damage or stolen properties, so I’m ask the person at the moment if I can see the cameras and he said that supervisor will be on Monday and he will let me see the cameras to see if I was the only one being broken windows that night, and I never heard from him again until today so yes, that was the worst experience I ever have with a dealership More
