follow up[ Normally deal by internet, but stopped in this dealer, told them what I wanted sent them exact spec of truck and exact spec on my trade in said they w Normally deal by internet, but stopped in this dealer, told them what I wanted sent them exact spec of truck and exact spec on my trade in said they would get back to me 3 days later sent them a message asking if they where still interested in selling me a truck, reply was manager was looking into it, this was on a Friday, told them needed a proposal by end business day Saturday, they close at 5 on Saturdays never received proposal info. Most where back to me in 24-48 hours, not this Dealership More

Terrible Been there a couple of times for service problems. They rebuilt our transmission with less than 100,000 miles and then forgot to put the cap back on t Been there a couple of times for service problems. They rebuilt our transmission with less than 100,000 miles and then forgot to put the cap back on the fill tube, so we got to smell transmission fluid all weekend. Then they got a real attitude when we showed up Monday morning to get it checked out! Was talking with a longtime customer and she said the place has gone down hill, the general manager is never there and they are going to be choosing a different dealership. More
