We expected our visit to go a lot better then it did. We are grateful for our sales man who was efficient and respectful. My child and I both have asthma so I refused the vehicle. Someone was supposed to follow up with me about the time frame my Jeep would be serviced on and no one ever did. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was handed my keys and told your good to go - which I feel as though since something was being installed I would have appreciated someone showing me how to use it, where it’s located etc. Ryan my sales guy eventually met me outside and showed me. I have to drive the extra mile, maybe about an hour and would have expected more mannerism and lines of communication to be solid More
