Service Department was great. Was having problems with my Grand Cherokee. Brought it a different dealership originally to be looked at. When I got it back “fixed” the problem was worse than originally. So I brought it to Legacy. Within 30 mins they came out and told me it was my transmission and needed to replaced. Not only did they give me another vehicle to use while mine was being fixed, it was a super nice loaner. In 2 weeks I got my Grand Cherokee back, and it’s driving great. I highly recommend this service department. The service manager was great and respectful. Can’t say enough good things about my experience! More
