What a horrible first body/service experience. I was quoted an hour and that turned into several hours. There were numerous issues as I moved from area to area in an attempt to straighten things out. The manager responsible was out to lunch for well over an hour without a return time. And, at the end of the time my beautiful brand new Equinox was left filthy by the technician. Rob in the body shop was kind and professional at every turn. He gets an A++. I left a voice mail for the general manager to please call me. No word from him...I don't think I will return for my vehicle's maintenance. I have come several times for oil changes snd tire rotations. With my last visit paper read i needed brakes and rotors and declined. I wss never a told on previous visits. No off road driving or such.but receipt says i declined getting work done and never mentioned it to me.
