Heiser Chevrolet - Service Center

Hello, this is Tristin Frame-Burtch. I got my 2014 Chevy Sonic serviced late last month/ early this month and I worked with Shawn. And I have a few concerns about my bill. I see that I was charged $99.95 fo Sonic serviced late last month/ early this month and I worked with Shawn. And I have a few concerns about my bill. I see that I was charged $99.95 for "service engine soon light is on". With no parts needed and only labor. I would assume that should be included in my complementary multiple point inspection that was shown on my quote, as the $99.95 was not quoted but the complimentary inspection was. I also asked to go over the quote on multiple occasions while speaking to service staff, but I was told my total would be about $600 before tax. Where I was actually charged $751.90 before tax, and went to pay I specifically asked to go over an itemized receipt, but was told I would receive that after I paid. I also want to address that after not receiving call back, I had to call the West Allis location multiple times including asking if my car was able to be picked up. Even though I was told they would contact me, which never happened. I was fortunately able to pick up my vehicle right before close because someone finally answered the phone. I am unsatisfied with my experience and will likely not be returning as a customer again. My truck broke down in Florida. The Heiser teams helped me arrange to have it transferred to Wisconsin, correctly determine the problem, repair it and have it done before I flew back from Florida. The Heiser Sales and Service teams saved me a sizable amount of money. They gave me the security of knowing the job was done correctly, charged a fair price and didn't try to charge me for unnecessary parts. Your Service and Sales teams knowledge, courtesy and honesty always go over 100%. I've bought 2 trucks from Dave and will buy my next one from him.
