Shawn’s service was fine. When my appt was set by your appt. booking staff, they gave me the wrong info. I was told that my truck was inspected and parts were ordered on my last visit. I was also told I appt. booking staff, they gave me the wrong info. I was told that my truck was inspected and parts were ordered on my last visit. I was also told I needed 2 to 2-1/2 hours for replacement parts from a recall during the week. In fact service was only inspecting today not replacing anything. I could’ve come on Saturday not on a weekday. I work during the week!!! More

My service rep, Jason, was quick, friendly and efficient. I was scheduled for an oil change and was told my car would be ready in about an hour, and Heiser had me out in about 40 minutes.
