Very disrespectful person & not getting all faxs before she TELLS (not explaining to a customer) what she's going to do with out understanding why my car was in the shape it was in & telling me "I'm going to pay $50per day for the rental or i go without." She needs to go back to a customer training school & pass the test 100% plus. More
I had to send the estimate in after calling multiple times and giving my insurances email address. They then told me they'd call when the parts came in and I had to call and then they couldn't get me in times and giving my insurances email address. Then they told me it would take 2-3 weeks for repairs and they ended up having my car for 6 weeks. They also never told me that they had to resend in an estimate to my insurance since repairs were going to cost more. I just had to keep calling for updates because they weren't contacting me. Very disappointmented about the entire experience. Will never go back. More
