Came in to use a service package certificate. Was told over the phone that there’d be no shuttle service at 7am and they’d give me a loaner. When I dropped my car off the person that was checking me in l over the phone that there’d be no shuttle service at 7am and they’d give me a loaner. When I dropped my car off the person that was checking me in looked at me like I was crazy when I asked about the loaner. I really was fine either way, I just wanted a ride to work. They did have someone to give me a shuttle ride and I was told there’d be no issue to be picked up at 4:30 when I got off of work. I received a call around 11am to advise about some tire issues which I ended up declining to be fixed. I was told vehicle would be done shortly and they’d call me. By 4pm I never heard anything so I called the service department to make sure my car was done and that i could be picked up at 4:30 still. I was told car was done but that the shuttle driver was out on two rides and that they’re done shuttling at 5 so they wouldn’t be able to pick me up. I ended up having a coworker drive me to the dealership and on the way I received a call from someone else at the service department saying my car was done and asked where to send the shuttle… the exterior of my car was cleaned nicely but the inside was not. It was not vacuumed underneath the seats and was still dirty on the dashboard, cupholders, center console, etc. I get I had a gift certificate so maybe that’s why the detailers did a poor job but the person who originally bought the certificate still paid good money for it. More
