James and Iran were the two people we spent the most time with, everyone we met was great though and made our experience comfortable. Iran was able to communicate value for the "bumper to bumper" warranty that i have never considered, and though we didn't go with it, his knowledge of that and all the details of the financing made me trust the dealership the contract and strongly consider adding it on in the next 30 days or on the next vehicle we purchase. I don't know the name of the other person we met, I believe he was a manager of some kind, which would explain why the team that helped us was so personable and professional, he was able to address my concerns with being able to pay in the way that i wanted to pay. Not as great as usual. Maintenance light still on and received no print out of vehicle inspection since the printer was down.
