I am very disappointed of the little to none knowledge about my Hellcat. I ended up only doing an oil change. They told me that my cold air intake was aftermarket and that they do not service it just rep about my Hellcat. I ended up only doing an oil change. My experience dealing with the Helfman Collision Center has been the worst. Opposite to the great sales and maintenance services where I have always brought my Jeep. Unfortunately, I used the Collision Center for a minor crash, thinking that they were the same service standards, and it is not like that. There they cheat and lie to customers. Helfman asks that clients sign a letter to be responsible for additional charges that are supposed to be approved by the insurance company or the client, and they are not. When I went to pick up my repaired car, they gave me an extra bill with charges that the insurance company did not pay and that I had to cover. They never called me from the collision center to request authorization for those charges. They were painting services and materials that were supposed to be included in the estimate presented to the insurance company. I complained to the insurance company, and they told me they had many problems with that body shop because of the hidden charges they made customers pay. But in the end, it was my fault for choosing them. Because of the bad faith of this collision center, I had to spend money that they charged me with deceit and cheating. More
