I am a loyal service customer and my warranty had just recently expired which factored into their decision but Charles was extremely professional and communicated throughout the entire process. They also provided me with a courtesy car so I could resume my regular activities (getting to work), etc) without interruption. My husband is now interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They are a model for what great customer service looks like! More
