None of them gave us the comfort experience we expected. Most of them either pressured us or gave us lectures us in how to take the so call best deals they offered. They made us felt like we cannot get any better deal anywhere in San Diego. Then we came across Tyler Kalevitch from John Hine Mazda through internet contact. His first response to our inquiry is very polite and enthusiastic. Within couple exchanged emails, we could not resist but paid a visit at John HIne Mazda. Tyler shown us the professionalism and his knowledge of the car we wanted exceeding our expectation. he was very courteous and treated us extraordinary nice. Whatever we asked for, he delivered. There was no pressure from him and he made us felt like was a friend with lots of good advice. We left John Hine with the vehicle we desired. He answered all my questions, was super transparent, friendly, low pressure and easy to work with. I came in on Saturday, and Michael was there, despite it being his day off. The car and all the numbers were exactly as they had been described to me. Keith in finance was equally friendly and easy to work with. Altogether, I was in and out in just about two hours. Not sure how it could have gone any smoother. Maybe if they had given me a beer? Highly recommend the team at John Hines. More
