He answered all my questions, was super transparent, friendly, low pressure and easy to work with. I came in on Saturday, and Michael was there, despite it being his day off. The car and all the numbers were exactly as they had been described to me. Keith in finance was equally friendly and easy to work with. Altogether, I was in and out in just about two hours. Not sure how it could have gone any smoother. Maybe if they had given me a beer? Highly recommend the team at John Hines. More

I didn't get the best experience there and felt I was being taken advantage of. So coming to John Hine and making an appointment with Tyler was simple and easy. He was very friendly when my parents and I arrived and made the process very comforting. Communicated well and understood our needs. He helped us with a couple different models, which I wanted them all. And happily choose a Mazda 3. It was clean, sparkling and ready to go. I couldn't be happier.
