They took their time to show my daughter the car she was interested in and explained the features. Then they worked with us on our trade-in and the other features on more expensive trims. Came in for a service issue (covered under warranty) and was treated with such care and compassion. Being that I don’t know a whole lot about cars, I always worry about employees ignoring my concerns and no was treated with such care and compassion. For most people buying a car is terrifying. Hello Mazda recognizes that and they have the perfect solution. Ruben was awesome, he answered my web request about a specific car, and promptly, sent me a video of the car I wanted. Several days later we went to the site, met with Ruben and the next day I drove away in my new 2023 red Mazda CX30. He spent lots of time with me showing me how everything works. He helped me register the Mazda app and then sowed me how it works. I can't say enough great things about the whole experience, but I can say I'm beyond happy with my car and the way I was treated. Came to the dealership for my first 5,000 miles service and done less time as promised!!! The problem was, as I was on the way home "low oil level" appears in the gage board as I'm forced to fight the traf and done less time as promised!!! The problem was, as I was on the way home "low oil level" appears in the gage board as I'm forced to fight the traffic in the freeway to get to a nearest safe spot to check the engine oil level. Checked it once, twice and three times but the dipstick won't show any presence of oil. In short, service dept. drained the oil out but forgot to refill. After a phone call or two Jade Adams my Mazda Advisor came to my rescue and fill out 5 quarts of oil to my car and provided me a loaner to get me home. My advisor called me the next day told me that my car oil level was not bone dry and still got 2 quarts left in the oil pan that won't show in the dipstick. They test drove and test drove it myself and it appears everything's normal. They said they fired the employee who works in my car and I cancelled my maintenance contract in Mazda. More
