Easier and more pleasant than I expected I had done my research pretty thoroughly and pretty much selected the vehicle I wanted from the inventory online. I saved $1,000 on the purchase price just by doing that! Brett is incredibly informative, polite, and very eager to answer questions; though I didn't have many. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy the car, though I think he knew I'd pretty much made up my mind given the level of research I had done. He was very thorough and made the whole transaction feel like a 'morning with a friend.' Looking forward to seeing if the service department is as good as the sales department. Good, straight up honest dealer...no B,S, and no manipulation. I like that. More

He was very attentive and took us to our sales consultant, Michael. Michael was professional yet personable. He took us for a fun drive in our new car and we had a pleasant conversation along the way. He was very knowledgeable about Mazda cars (we were surprised, not all sales consultants know what they're selling). He also took the time to show us some of the neat features.
