Poor quality workmanship Repair work was totally unsatisfactory, Dealership did nothing to correct the flawed poor quality work was told to "just live with it". Took longer than expected I was told it would take about 30 min to change the oil. It actually took over an hour. And where the service lady Mary usually knew me and my car, ne I was told it would take about 30 min to change the oil. It actually took over an hour. And where the service lady Mary usually knew me and my car, new ppl were there and didn't know me or my car. So service was not smiles and laughs this time. My car came back with fingerprints all over it too. More

We had multiple issues upon purchasing the car and the sales team did take care of the issues per our agreement on purchasing the car. I've had quite a bit of issues now from the way that the car lot wrote the agreements up on my extended warrantees and when we went in to have our vehicles serviced, the team seems like theyre in convenience. And that we were a nuisance to them. They used to give us diagnostics on our car every time we brought it in to have the oil changed and just maintaining it now its nothing. I wish they could get the service department is committed to customer service as the sales team is. More
Help when you need it. Mary in Service was awesome. On a Friday at 4:00pm, she was willing to help when other dealerships ignored me, or sent me to voicemail. I especially appreciated Jon Kane (sp?) coming by to say hello when I brought my car in. He is such a fine young man and I hope I didn't misspell his name. He is always there for me if I need help and if I buy another car there it will be because of him to a large degree. He sold me my Equinox and it was absolutely the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. I am pleased with the service department. They have done their best to see that I was satisfied. I actually received a phone call asking me to contact them if I wasn't satisfied so they could make it right. I really appreciated that and I definitely would have done so. I really appreciate how patient they are with me. More

Great service We purchased a 2015 certified Buick Regal in October 2016 . From the 1st person who greeted us at that time and all every time we have had oil change We purchased a 2015 certified Buick Regal in October 2016 . Any time I called they were willing to listen and get me on within a reasonable time . A special shout out to Mary at the service desk , Malcom service desk. And Wes who driver me to get something to eat while we waited. Great Team !! More
