Took longer than expected I was told it would take about 30 min to change the oil. It actually took over an hour. And where the service lady Mary usually knew me and my car, ne I was told it would take about 30 min to change the oil. It actually took over an hour. I've had quite a bit of issues now from the way that the car lot wrote the agreements up on my extended warrantees and when we went in to have our vehicles serviced, the team seems like theyre in convenience. And that we were a nuisance to them. They used to give us diagnostics on our car every time we brought it in to have the oil changed and just maintaining it now its nothing. I wish they could get the service department is committed to customer service as the sales team is. More

He is always there for me if I need help and if I buy another car there it will be because of him to a large degree. He sold me my Equinox and it was absolutely the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. I am pleased with the service department. They have done their best to see that I was satisfied. I actually received a phone call asking me to contact them if I wasn't satisfied so they could make it right. I really appreciated that and I definitely would have done so. I really appreciate how patient they are with me. More
