(No pressure at all, just genuinely cared) I got an oil change & state inspection, but upon arrival was told the inspection machine was down & they were waiting for a part. They had a solution already lined up! They took my car over to a neighboring dealer to get inspected! My vehicle service was completed quickly. My car was vacummed out and washed. Hendrick Acura strives for a higher level of customer service and they certainly achieved that goal with me...again! Highly recommend this dealer. More
