Great Service and Customer Service I have been taking my car to Hendrick Acura for years, I originally purchased my TSX from the Chapel Hill location in 2007. I was impressed by the cus I have been taking my car to Hendrick Acura for years, I originally purchased my TSX from the Chapel Hill location in 2007. I was impressed by the customer service and services department from day one, and every experience since 2007 has been great. I have enjoyed their new location at Southpoint, it looks like they are ready for another great step in their service with the new location! I had a major service done and had my car back within days. Keep up the great work, this is my preferred location for my Acura services! More

1st service on my 2019 Acura RDX - Andrew Gloc is excellent! I brought my 2019 Acura RDX in to Hendrick yesterday for the first service (5,000 miles). I do want to especially thank Andrew Gloc for his careful attention to detail. Example - When I came to pick up my car, Andrew offered to use rubbing compound to fix a paint rub spot on one of the car's mirrors. I then bought some touch-up paint in the Parts Department to fix the spot later. Andrew offered to do it immediately and did a great job. Remarkable customer service! Thanks so much! My battery had died and Bill Crosier (Client Advisor), not only came out to my house to jump the battery, but also drove the vehicle back to the dealership to have the service department look at it. He took care of everything and I didn't have to lift a finger (even a year after I had purchased it). I'm a big fan of the Silver-Era Honda/Acura cars and when this Unicorn (1 owner, low mileage, all vins, service history) came in I knew I had to have it. Bill was accommodating and made the transaction simple and pleasurable. Want to know what REALLY impressed me though? I was essentially purchasing the cheapest cars on the lot (it was parked next to a $60,000 SUV) and the way I was treated was as if I was purchasing a new A-Spec RDX. That is integrity & Character. In the next year when we offload our "family" Suv, we will bring our business to Bill & Hendrick Acura Southpoint. We are a Honda/Acura family! More

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Acura from them and was having some unexpected brake issues. I dreadfully took the car in, expecting to hear about buying a used car and how brakes weren't warrantied. Instead, the service department went with me on a test drive to hear the issue, agreed that it shouldn't have been sold that way and worked with the sales department to make it right without cost to me. Very efficient, responsive and fair. I'm a fan. More
