Best service department! Took my RDX in for routine service and to examine a rattle coming from the back passenger door. Always excellent customer service here and honestly why I have purchased the last 3 cars from this dealership. It is nice (and rare) to see the same folks in the service department each time I visit! Our salesman, Shon Utsey, was very patient with us and he knew his cars well. We got a great deal and had a zero level of buyers remorse the day after, which is unusual for us. The 5 star rating is for the professional approach that Kiley Cullotta had. I had to deal with some other sales team members they all are good, some good folks to look out for are Sam and Brian. Sam ensures he takes time to explain the product in detail, in fact he takes way more time that I really wanted to know the features :-) Brian has excellent knowledge of the Acura product line and know show to give a good demo. Despite all the positives and the excellent rating, I did find one person a bit abrasive, I do not want to mention names. The sales teams role is to sell the car and being in sales I do get the aggressive approach by that person. That being said I would highly recommend this Dealer for the professionalism showed by Kiley Cullotta and his willingness to show up home in 10 minutes to address a minor issue. I also want to mention that they processed my paperwork upfront and I had to spend very little time at the dealership on the vehicle pickup date. More
