I changed to Hendrick Acura first because they were in my city of Durham, NC and didn't have to go to Raleigh where I bought the car. Being a retiree is difficult to get many of the things one needs. A car is certainly a very important item in my life now. My first appointment with Hendricks was outstanding. I have brought my husband over to them as well. He's with Buick and I am with Acura. To not only have cars serviced, but to have it washed and cleaned for senior citizens speaks volumes of the type care from the top administration of this dealership down to your frontline customer service representatives shows.
