Jay made this the easiest car purchase I've had. Zero pressure, got me exactly the car I wanted at a fair price, and the dealership took care of a few things on the CPO inspection without me asking. We purchased a 2025 BMW X2 XDrive 28i from Hendrick BMW POC in Charlotte, NC. The purchase process went very well. Even better, I’ve had my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, and recently, I had a crack POC in Charlotte, NC. The purchase process went very well. Even better, I’ve had my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, and recently, I had a cracked windshield replaced. Each time, I’ve worked with Service Advisor Don Gunn, and he’s been honest, commuicative, and responsive. The service has always been performed completely and without delays. I’ve used their shuttle service, but their service is quick enough I’ve waited in the customer lounge and did work using their WiFi network. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Hendrick BMW and we recommend them without hesitation. More
