Would not recommend this dealership. Things were going great until after the sale was made. I purchased a used F-350 at close to $65K. After the papers were signed they proceeded to give me not 2 but 1 key. They explained they didn’t know where the other one was. As I get in the truck to drive away, I barely had enough diesel to get home. When asked, they told me they only put $20 of gas in their vehicles. When I get home, I noticed the center hub cover missing. After putting new tires on the vehicle at the dealership, they didn’t attach the hub correctly and it came off on the way home. I immediately contacted my salesman (Jarvis) and asked that I be reimbursed for the cost of a replacement. He said he would speak with his GM. I spent the next two weeks texting and he would never answer me back. Great selection and service up to the sale but TERRIBLE customer service afterward, which is really how you tell a great dealership. More
