Through the years, we have purchased numerous vehicles. We received a letter from Hendrick Chevrolet that inquired about a vehicle that we own. After arriving at the dealership, the Client Advisor that we We received a letter from Hendrick Chevrolet that inquired about a vehicle that we own. After arriving at the dealership, the Client Advisor that we were to see was out for the day. At that time, we were introduced to Kaelah. Kaelah greeted us with sincere kindness and an indescribable happiness to help us with our car needs. Her tone of voice never changed. She was patient and knowledgeable. She genuinely worked to make sure we were informed of all options to help us make the best and most informed decisions regarding a purchase. Kaelah was selfless. Not once did she take credit for her above and beyond assistance. She would always mention the staff at Hendrick and how they work together. We normally don’t write reviews because of our busy schedules. However, we wanted to take the time to acknowledge Kaelah’s hard word and recommend her to others for an amazing experience. Kaelah searched nationwide for a vehicle with the options that we desired. She communicated with us daily and was always prompt, accessible, and thorough. Kaelah was transparent throughout the process and made us feel comfortable, at ease, and certain that we were at the right dealership. Even when we thought we had chosen the right vehicle, we decided on a completely different vehicle. Yes. We could have gone to another dealership. However, it was Kaelah’s amazing work ethic and kind spirit that confirmed that we wanted her to sale us our next new vehicle.
