I have been a long time customer of Carvana (3 car purchases) because I really don't enjoy going back and forth over numbers that are just outrageous, however, this time I wanted a new car. I called and spoke with Alex from finances and he was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions right away. I came in and David Sokol gave me all the facts and I really enjoyed working with David on purchasing my vehicle. He was professional, informative and most importantly very honest. Then, Trey was able to get the paper work done in less that 30 min, which was great! I really hope that the service team can show the same level of team work and efficiency. Overall, I will be sure to call David for my next car purchase and hope to be able to work with him, Alex and Trey. More

Do not attempt to buy a car from here unless you are ready to pay for an extra $10k in dealer add ons that you don't want. I ordered a Tahoe in early September exactly how I wanted it. They called tod ready to pay for an extra $10k in dealer add ons that you don't want. I ordered a Tahoe in early September exactly how I wanted it. They called today 11/2 to let me know my Tahoe had arrived. When Mickey (my salesman) sent me the invoice there was $10k in dealer add ons added to the price everything from $495 for window tinting to $3,995 for "ceramic coating", what a crock!! Even though I ordered this Tahoe without any of their add ons they said most of the add on were non-negotiable although I did get them down to $7k in "mandatory add ons". None of this was communicated to me when I ordered the car, I was prepared to pay full MSRP but not full MSRP plus $7k of a bunch of stuff I don't even want! Needless to say I walked and am now ordering a Tahoe from a different dealership after 2 months of waiting on this one, what a waste of time. This is why car salesman/deals get a bad wrap, you cannot trust this dealership or their salesmen!! More
