Howard was great and very kind. Truly seemed interested in what we wanted. However, the sales manager I guess , dressed in all black was the complete opposite. Not sure of his name but we were at the deale in what we wanted. However, the sales manager I guess , dressed in all black was the complete opposite. Not sure of his name but we were at the dealership on October 16 at around 6:45 pm. We had just happened on a white Z71 suburban, 2021. We told Howard we were just looking and had to get back to pick up our special need twins from their respite care. He wanted us to drive the SUV which was fine and he was so nice and respectful. He asked if we were willing to let them tell us what they would give us for our 2013 Suburban, and to be nice we agreed. The guy that came out to show us our quote was just unnerving. He was so condescending and rude with a smile if you will , I just wanted to run out of there! He talked down to us and I have experienced the car dealer game but at least in the past it is a fakeness that seems like they actually care if they give us a deal we like. This guy just made my skin crawl and that is no lie. Howard was so nice and I want to make sure that is said. I don’t normally say anything when it comes to car buying , I let my husband take care of this type of thing , but he just really made me mad. Honestly I have never wanted to leave somewhere more. We will eventually buy a new Suburban , but I just don’t know if I could buy from Hendrick if I had to deal with this guy. More
