Terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They're slow, dismissive, and not a single employee wearing a mask while COVID was spiking, even getting right in my face to talk. They covered up the cigare slow, dismissive, and not a single employee wearing a mask while COVID was spiking, even getting right in my face to talk. They covered up the cigarette smell in the car with crazy-strong chems... which wore off in a couple of days so now Im driving an ashtray. When their techs "serviced" the vehicle they didnt replace the oil cap - cant believe it was still lying elsewhere under the hood. I have not even gone thru one tank of gas yet and there's a new knocking/clicking in the engine - Im guessing they were too busy covering that up instead of actually finishing the service. Leaving a huge cap off thats right on top of the engine in plane sight- seriously?! They also didnt want to honor some of the accessories they included in the listing AND the video. If i could give zero stars, i would. More
