Upon arriving was welcomed by a customer service representative and assisted by Visited HENDRICK CHEVROLET from out of state due to positive reviews. Upon arriving was welcomed by a customer service representative and assisted by Client Advisor with possible purchase. Client Advisor was patient and accommodating with the many inquiries about the vehicle of interest, which was undergoing inspection process at the time. As with the initial dealing with Client Advisor, the Finance Manager was very patient and understanding as well during the financial process. The assistance received while onsite was appreciated and not taken for granted, thus making an out of state visit to Hendrick Chevrolet a very positive experience. Upon receiving the vehicle from the dealership, there was an issue however, due to Hendrick's understanding and commitment towards customer service, was quickly resolved. Thanks Hendrick's! More
