We had an excellent experience buying our vehicle. Ashley was fabulous to work with. All of the staff we came in contact with, from sales to finance, were great and worked hard to get us in the SUV we wanted was fabulous to work with. Came from Michigan and bought a yellow 2015 Corvette Z06 on 6/4/2020. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had, not just with cars but in general. I got to the dealership around 10:30 AM and after being on 6/4/2020. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had, not just with cars but in general. I got to the dealership around 10:30 AM and after being toyed with for several hours left about 7pm. Drove back to Michigan in the Z06 right after and had to sleep at a hotel due to heavy rain that night. As opposed to a smooth transaction as we agreed on before I came down. All of this and it was a cash sale. No finance and no headache. You would think buying your first Corvette and it being a Z06 would be one of the most exciting things in life. Except it coming to be the exact opposite. I am sad I have to give the 1 star that is required in this survey. Only person I have to thank would be Jon my sales rep. He kept everything together and was very helpful. I appreciate him understanding where I was coming from. Besides Jon, I completely regret buying a vehicle from this dealership. More
