Jon was an excellent salesman and made the process as smooth as can be given the circumstances of the current crisis. He did as much as he could for me over the phone and I only had to come into the deal smooth as can be given the circumstances of the current crisis. The finance department on the other hand was a nightmare and left a bad taste in my mouth. We waited almost 2 hours to be seen after being done with Jon and he did everything he could to accommodate us as we waited. Evelyn seemed very unsure of herself and kept having to leave to double check herself. Days after leaving the dealership she bombarded me with calls claiming she did not collect all paperwork for the title transfer and made us feel like it was an error we made instead of acknowledging that she was trying to correct the error she made in not collecting all information and documents that were needed upon signing. I can’t give you a fair assessment because of the time I got there which is my fault because I didn’t get off work until 5 o’clock and I live almost 2 hours away.
