This was the best experience in purchasing a car. The overall experience was amazing. I was so happy they actually worked with me the whole process even with certain things I didn’t understand Jeremy was overall experience was amazing. Overall experience was very poor. For six working days they repeatedly didn’t call me back. I put money down on Monday and drove 5 hours to pick up my vehicle and it’s hadn’t even been cleaned. They new t they repeatedly didn’t call me back. I put money down on Monday and drove 5 hours to pick up my vehicle and it’s hadn’t even been cleaned. They new three days out when I would be there. I purchased a diesel and it was in regen mode so the info penal was locked saying doing a regen. I inquired about the def tank being full and I was told yes. You couldn’t check it due to info screen being locked. About 30 mile out the regen clears and the first thing that’s pops up is a warning about 15% def level. Waiting on them to clean the truck, give me a receipt from money I paid them five days earlier and not putting def in it is not good business practices. Overall very poor service!!!!!!!! More

We came in today with an issue with our new car and it was handled quickly and very easily. Atak was extremely thorough with the situation and it was a breeze.
