The dealership has some employees that care and some that don’t. I had an appointment with James at 9am. I texted him multiple times and did not get a reply for 45mins. On top of that, the truck I came there don’t. I had an appointment with James at 9am. I texted him multiple times and did not get a reply for 45mins. On top of that, the truck I came there to see was sold and he did not tell me. The text said my text were sent to an Adam Lader but I’m pretty sure I spoke with a James. I was about to leave and luckily ran into Peter Kniskern, who talked me into staying and found a truck that for me perfect. He was honest and forward with me about facts. Again, I would have left if not for him. Sadly when I spoke to other employees, it did not seem as if they respected Peter. I was a little disappointed in the l k of a team effort. I have bought several cars and multiple from Hendricks...it used to not be that way. At the end of all it, Peter still sold me a solid truck and restored my faith in Hendricks. More
