I could not register my car be use the title application number was wrong. Called the dealership to speak to a finance person and left a message. No call back. Called again and was told they were in a netti number was wrong. Called the dealership to speak to a finance person and left a message. No call back. Called again and was told they were in a netting and would call when meeting finished up. No call. Finally called again and was told she was really busy. I threatened to return the car and finally got a finance person who corrected their mistake and said I could come and pick up the correct title application anytime. So I drove over expecting it to have been left at the desk for me to pick up. No I had to wait 3 minutes for her to finish closing a deal. Real nice way to treat a new customer when the mistake was clearly theirs. Now I will not buy another car at Hendricks or get it serviced there. Bad customer service! More
