Instead of a guessing game as to what the real price the vehicle you want can be bought for from the msrp down, how about listing it from the floor up. GM produces a truck for a cost of manufacturing and a set profit from its sale to a dealer who has a sale price that has his profit covered. The products are the same on every lot so why are there such wide differences in deals? Dealers should be chosen because of their customer service during and after the sale. I visited 3 different dealerships, drove every powertrain from ford and gm in a half ton truck before deciding on the new duramax 3.0. I could have gone to one of about a dozen different chevy dealers but bought from hendricks because of the fair way I was treated. Mitch Smith lost its opportunity when they offered me 5000 less for my trade than it was worth and the salesman was clueless about the products I was shopping for. The Hendricks team will get another opportunity to sale me another vehicle the next time I need one. I will be back. More
