On February 29, 2020 I called Hendrick Chevrolet Hoover to inquire about a couple of vehicles on their lot that I was interested in. My sales representative, Scott Tatum, set up an appointment for that sam to inquire about a couple of vehicles on their lot that I was interested in. I drove to Hoover and was met at the door by Scott and within a very short time we negotiated a trade-in and finalized the purchase a new 2019 Corvette Grand Sport. Scott is by far the best sales representative I’ve ever worked with. He is very accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, and very understanding of the customer’s concerns. He knows what he’s talking about. The entire process was completed expeditiously and efficiently. Likewise, my finance advisor, Lisa Looney, did a most excellent job of guiding me through the paperwork and explaining in great detail each step along the way. My new Corvette was experiencing some engine My new Corvette was experiencing some engine irregularities and some minor paint scratches needed to be addressed in the detailing shop. My advisor, My new Corvette was experiencing some engine irregularities and some minor paint scratches needed to be addressed in the detailing shop. My advisor, Mark Sullivan, did a fantastic job of shepherding me and my Corvette through the service process. His technician quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem as a torque converter issue, and after flushing out the system, my Corvette was running like brand new again. In the detailing shop, Gerald did an expert job buffing out the minor flaws of concern, with results close to perfection. Throughout the process, Mark Sullivan kept me apprised of the situation as it progressed and made me feel quite confident in the service capabilities of Hendrick Chevrolet and their service technicians. He sought me out on several occasions to provide updates and, last but not least, he hand carried the final paperwork to me to expedite the process.
