Time Consuming Process The salesman was a gentleman who has sold me 7 or 8 cars over the years.and as usual was very helpful. My only gripe about the dealership is the time it took to purchase the vehicle. The overall process took approximately 5 hours with only 30 tp 45 minutes of the time spent finding the vehicle I wanted. This is at least twice as long as my experience with several other dealerships. I have not been to a dealership where the salesman is responsible for completing so many documents. It seems to be a very inefficient process. More
