Loved our salesman. But didn't feel like we got to see as many vehicles as we might have liked. My husband was able to make a deal on our car, but "the dance" took way too long. I waited almost all day trying to haggle with the dealers. They were nice, but blatantly ignored what I told them was my bottom line. The sales department were really good. The one thing that needs immediate attention is how slow it is to close a car deal. Wayyyyyyy tooooo slow of a process. There was a female I spoke to who told me that there were so many people ahead of me... the time it takes.... Ok, as a customer I don’t care. That’s something I don’t need to know. That’s a valid dealer problem. Hire another person to help out or find another way to streamline this process. Give the customer something to do in shortening the time it takes to get out of there. Give the sales staff some freedom in starting the process other than getting a copy of the license. I was there with my daughter for almost two hours. That’s a management problem. Price is what sells and my time is money too! The man I felt with in closing the deal was awesome. He was professional and courteous. The other thing in question is the dealer fee. Include it in the price. When you see such a big fee, it sours the deal enough for me that I would think twice before dealing with you again. Other than those two problems, good experience. More
