So So I was just another customer another sale. Talking to Lady at OnStar was a joke, Her english was horrific, she talked 100mph. That alone made me wish I was just another customer another sale. Overall so so experience, was not wowed in any way and I paid in full for truck! The Up sale after I was given a price that I thought included everything was a BS move. Give a discount, then take it back on up sale. More

Sales manager is great, salesman needs more drive Overall very good experience. I was a little disappointed in the salesman due to lack of knowledge of the deal, the vehicle and the truck wasn’t clean Overall very good experience. I was a little disappointed in the salesman due to lack of knowledge of the deal, the vehicle and the truck wasn’t cleaned nor did it have enough fuel in it to drive it probably for a test drive. It was never offered. It would have been easier just to deal with Jody, but that isn’t his job and he should be able to trust his team to finish a deal without his involvement. Questions I asked the salesman he wasn’t able to answer, simple questions. Now in the salesman’s defense he was working 2 deals at 1 time, but still not an excuse for lack of knowledge. Learn the vehicle’s you sale, show some effort and preparation. I was in touch with the dealership very early in the day to let them know I was coming, plenty of time to fuel and clean a truck. Again overall I’m happy with my deal and my new truck. More
