attempted fraud on Extended warranty Had truck in twice for bad shifting and engine light. waited two weeks for part. Then told an external part on the trans was not covered under Power train nor extended coverage. discussed with service advisor twice but he still I would have to pay. I refused and went home found my extended warranty. It said virtually any break down would be covered. called him back and read it to him. he said he would check with "them" called again and only then he agreed It was covered. If I had trusted the advisor I would have been defrauded. Now I am concerned I will be punished if I take my truck in for Oil change and tire rotation I have already paid for. More

Salesmen were awesome, managers gave me the run around The two salesmen (Jeph and Trey) that showed me cars, took me for a test drive and interacted with me throughout the process were great - very friendl The two salesmen (Jeph and Trey) that showed me cars, took me for a test drive and interacted with me throughout the process were great - very friendly and knowledgeable, and seemed to care. I would highly recommend working with them. However, the managers who came out to talk pricing were frustrating to say the least. To start, they gave me an initial price that was many thousands of dollars higher than what their website showed. They also were not honest about incentives that were available or how they were factored into the pricing. They also would not allow me to take the pricing sheet with me, or even take a picture of it. I also had a trade-in, and Hendrick's starting point for the value of my old car was by far the lowest I received around the area. I had to go to Car Max just to get a fair offer and then force Hendrick to match it or take it out of the deal. Finally, after a long period of time, a new manager was able to cut through all of the noise and we made a deal. It was a very stressful process once the salesmen passed it on to the managers - I wish I could have just worked with Trey and Jeph the whole time. More
