FALSE ADVERTISEMENT I went in buying a 2019 Tahoe with a price of $43,366 & planned on bring it home. I get there, test drive & start waiting on the numbers-sales(lady) c I went in buying a 2019 Tahoe with a price of $43,366 & planned on bring it home. I get there, test drive & start waiting on the numbers-sales(lady) comes out & claims there is a prob...OK! The sticker price on the vehicle is $59K!! NONE of the sales managers knew-I had talked to the manager, Skyler ALL day & nothing was EVER SAID! I even sent the info of the vehicle to him from online...needless to say-they did NOT honor the price that THEY listed. NOT to mention, I drove from Tuscaloosa, wasted time & gas! Crooks in my opinion!!!! More

Better follow up communication. Jody was nice to work with. Follow up from Jarvis on repair items to be completed would have made the experience better. Communication got better at the end but it should have been better throughout the entire transaction. With better follow up and communication, I feel certain it would have taken less than the three days after the sale to receive my car. The amount of followup repair work was not significant. The finance experience could have been better. While my expectations on rate could have been optimistic, I wish I were told the rate before signing of papers. Lower rates were obtained from other institutions, but was placed with bank with higher rate. My 800+ credit score, no other debt, and down payment size warranted offering a lower rate. After my inquiry, I was placed with a lower rate. More
