Frustrating - entirely too much waiting around My salesman did a great job and was as helpful as he could be. However, several people on the management team were inconsiderate of my time, rude and My salesman did a great job and was as helpful as he could be. However, several people on the management team were inconsiderate of my time, rude and condescending. When I complained about having spent 6 hours there, one person reminded me that I had invested six hours already and that’s why I shouldn’t leave. My time is valuable and that was inappropriate and unprofessional. Further, while I waited for two hours (alone) to sign my paperwork, several of the salespeople and managers were flying a drone around and ignoring customers. I’m happy with my vehicle and price but the staff could use some major improvement. More
