Best car buying experience I’ve ever had We came to Birmingham in an appointment at another dealership. That appointment ended in not only extreme frustration but no car. We headed home to ge We came to Birmingham in an appointment at another dealership. That appointment ended in not only extreme frustration but no car. We headed home to get lunch and drove past Hendrick. We stopped in and by happenstance Pete walked up to us and started a conversation. We immediately liked his personality and attitude. Having limited time on this Saturday afternoon and frankly still being irritated from my experience earlier in the day we went inside with Pete where he promptly began asking me questions about what I wanted. He then got his manager and they proceeded to find me a vehicle. While that one didn’t work for me I committed to come back Sunday as they said they would be open. We came back Sunday morning and tear drove another used truck. While this worked we started asking about all the incentives on the new silverados and guess what Pete showed me a way forward with a trail boss. I bought it. The sale and financing took a while to get done but it was all good. Pete showed me the entire truck and while there are a couple of issues that need addressing like the backup camera not working and some damage to the drivers side running board, he assured me this would be fixed at no cost to me and I left the dealership with a new truck and happy. I’d highly recommend Hendrick and Peter as your sales rep. More
