Great experience!!!! I wish I could give more stars!!!! I had been searching for a vehicle for some weeks. The customer service at other dealerships was awful, especially I wish I could give more stars!!!! I had been searching for a vehicle for some weeks. The customer service at other dealerships was awful, especially in Pratville, Alabama!! Employees at other dealerships would not speak or ask me if I needed help. I guess I didn't fit the "profile" of a customer that they felt was worth their time, but the experience at Hendrick was totally different. They treat you like family at Hendrick Chervolet. I would like to give a special thanks to Leighton White!! Leighton was so kind and knowledgeable!! He made the whole experience easy and not once did I feel pressured into making a decision.
