alex was very nice I was told before I came to the dealership that I would receive a teacher discount equal to a employees discount. I didn't receive this. WhenI foh nally agreed on a price, a mansger tried to add $678 more to the deal. I had to frankly tell him no. I felt deceived by this dealership on offering me a discount on the phone and not following through with this. When I first walked in the dealership, I thought I would be working with Devin, but I ended up with Alex. I thought that if you talked to someone on the phone, you would deal wirh them. Alex was super nice. Another thing was that a car that I was looking at on the internet was already gone. CARS THAT ARE SOLD SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF IN A TIMELY MANNER. I LOOKED AT HENDRICK'S WEBSITE YESTERDAY AND THIS CAR WAS STILL THERE. TO ME THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The manager that worked with Alex woudln't budge to begin with from thevoriginal price.
