Friendly but VERY SLOW!! We stopped at Hendrix to see a used car parked near the street. All the people were very friendly, but they were also VERY slow. It took a long time for the salesman to find the price of the car. We waited on them to find the key so we could do a test drive. We made up our minds quickly, but that was the only thing that was fast. We waited on the car to be detailed; we waited on the finance guy (which we thought would be the fast part since we were making a cash purchase). We signed form after form after form after form!! Then we waited on them to bring the car around so we could leave. It really shouldn't take all day to buy a car especially since there's no finance paperwork to do. We like the car, but we most likely won't do business here again. More

Lies! Found a truck online, so I put in my information and they called me to set up an appointment. I set it up, two hours before I was supposed to be there I noticed the truck had been removed from the online inventory, so I called to confirm it was still available, spoke to the sales manager, he readily confirmed it's availability and looked forward to seeing me. I arrived only to learn they had wholesaled the vehicle. He lied to get me to the lot and attempt to sell me something more costly! Wasted four hours of my time, and a half tank of gas. More

BUT in just a short time came "the call". You know its the call that they cant sell this car for that price and need more money. Buyer beware this is not a very good business practice and am very disappointed that this dealership falls into this category. More

Impressed with Service Department I did not purchase my vehicle from Hendrick, but it is the closest Chevy dealership to me. Therefore, I decided to use them for my service and mainte I did not purchase my vehicle from Hendrick, but it is the closest Chevy dealership to me. Therefore, I decided to use them for my service and maintenance. I usually can tell by a service department if I want to do future business with a dealership (i.e. purchase another vehicle). I will certainly continue to use this dealership for all my vehicle needs. Their Service Department was friendly and efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience. More

Very Slow Service I brought my Impala in to have some recall work done on the ignition, so while I was there, I asked them to change the oil. The service tech asked me I brought my Impala in to have some recall work done on the ignition, so while I was there, I asked them to change the oil. The service tech asked me if I was going to wait and I asked him about how long it would take. He told me that it would take long and they would have me out of there in no time. Well, after two and a half hours, I went out and asked how much longer it would be and I was told they were in the middle of it and it would be ready in about 10 minutes. After 45 minutes, I went back out and asked again and this time I was told that it would be much longer. Well, at about the three hour and twenty minute mark I was told my car was ready. I understand that some things take longer to fix once you get into it but be realistic in your time estimates. Rather than sitting for almost four hours, I could have had someone from work come to pick me up, at least I would've gotten some work done. Now, what work they did do was done properly... I guess that's a good thing. More

From what I understand this is simply a matter of verifying your identity and that you own the vehicle, and looking up the code. Hendrick insists that they must charge at least $85 to do this! If they are this mean spirited with Chevy owners like myself (I own two Chevy Trucks, and have owned two in the past, I ONLY drive Chevy trucks!) how do they treat the poor fools that purchase things from them? It's not on the poor gal that did all the legwork trying to get me a better deal, it's on the management there that MUST make their buck. I will still be buying Chevy's, Hendrick, but it will certainly NOT be with YOU! More

He asked me what I could put down for down payment, pay per month,color I wanted,type of car and he went from there. He let me make the choice and not just sale me a car. He made sure I was happy and made me feel like I was important and that it was important to him to get me into a car that was dependable, stylish,afford to able,and just for me. I never knew that buying a brand new car was so easy this was my first brand new car and I will refer any and everyone I know looking to purchase a car to the man Keith Durham.
