alex was very nice Devin got me to the dealership promising teacher discount, but manager wouldnt allow it. His 1sr offer was 500$ discount. very insulting. ON THE SPOT FINANCE SCAM!! 11/10/18. Unsure as of yet.....traded my car for a bigger one, was told approved on loan but need more info but signed paperwork with due date, rates 11/10/18. Unsure as of yet.....traded my car for a bigger one, was told approved on loan but need more info but signed paperwork with due date, rates and etc , paid down payment and left with new vehicle....unsure of this as it has never happened before 🤷🏼???🤷🏼??? ....will edit my rating when its “complete” 11/15/18 I WAS RIGHT!!! BUYERS BEWARE!! THEY DO THE ON THE SPOT FINANCE SCAM/FRAUD!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! recieved a call FIVE days later that my interest rate is almost double and my payments are $120 MORE than what was signed for!!! Lisa in finance is beyond rude and cannot seem to answer anything but “well when can you come in so we can talk about this and your options!! KEEP IN MIND we did PRIOR approval two days BEFORE driving 148 miles to this dealership!!!! And have GOOD credit!!!!! why would your sales manager say “if i can do stated amount and stated amount down do we have a deal?” SO YOU SIGN FOR STATED AMOUNT only to be told “sorry but its $120 more and double interest almost” 😡😡 if i could give them a NEGATIVE RATING i would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
