Sold me a car with falsified income to get finance approval I was approved for a car and allowed to drive my new car home only to be notified by NASA, the financial institution, 2 weeks later that I was not app I was approved for a car and allowed to drive my new car home only to be notified by NASA, the financial institution, 2 weeks later that I was not approved because the finance officer at Hendricks falsified my income and power booked the amminities on the car. No one from Hendricks notified me. They instead proceeded to seek financing at 4 other banks without my permission which caused my credit score to go from 751 to 714.My fraud alerts were the only way I knew to contact Hendricks as they all reported that they were doing credit checks again after I thought I had purchased a car free and clear. I had gotten tag and applied for title only to discover the car wasn’t mine. I contacted Hendricks for 3 weeks straight, every 2 days, continuously and no one would help me or return my calls The finance manager, the lead salesman and even the general manager wouldn’t return my calls. The GM PROMISED that he would call me back after I explained what happened to me. The original finance officer Lisa looney hung up in my face and never returned my call. I was out of town this entire time and had to take an emergency flight home to solve the issue. I was preapproved when I entered Hendricks and convinced to use another banks lower interest rate(the afore mentioned bk). I used my preapproved check 2 days before It expired. The GM, the finance manager nor the lead salesman was in the office. The customer Service manager tried to remedy the non professionalism of her coworkers but it was too little too late. Not one of those in charge cared about what happened to me nor the expense I had to go through to fly in and correct this matter. I fell in the airport and tore my MCL rushing to get to Hendricks. 6 days later I have not received a call from anyone to even as much as apologize. I received absolutely no discounts or compensation for what Hendricks caused to happen. The people in charge at Kendrick’s are very unprofessional in that they totally disregarded me as a customer and a person that had an extremely serious issue that was caused by their negelance and dishonesty. I will never use Hendricks cheverolet and will most certainly never recommend them to anyone. All in charge ignored me for 3 weeks. More

Salesman wrote checks he couldn't cash Love the vehicle, salesman indicated that he could deliver second set of keys that I would expect after spending 25k. Did not happen. Indicated that Love the vehicle, salesman indicated that he could deliver second set of keys that I would expect after spending 25k. Did not happen. Indicated that his repair guy could come to Clanton and meet us for trim repair. This too didn't happen. We were out 2 trips (expense) to dealership for repair. I do tip my hat to one of the service reps (sorry don't know HER name). She came off break and did what was in her power to help. Thank s More
