Horrible No straight forward responses to questions, internet price and price given at dealership did not match. My experience with Hendricks Cherolete was great! I stopped by to check out a particular vehicle that I had seen on their website. I wasn't expecting to get the vehicle the same day but I did. They should also follow up after they have paged staff to assist someone to make sure that the page was heard, otherwise people could sit in the lobby without anyone being aware that they are waiting.
