Never again Saw car online to buy for my son's graduation gift. Do the test drive, pull credit, start paperwork and and they say "well the price is actually $2000 Saw car online to buy for my son's graduation gift. Do the test drive, pull credit, start paperwork and and they say "well the price is actually $2000 dollars higher because I didn't do it online. The advertisement didn't state the transaction had to take place online. So he brings it down $1000 because I was so angry. Well now fast forward to now when I finally get to reveal the car to my child. It's missing a passanger mat and instead of disclosing there would be no spare tire in my child's car, I some kind of kit. Shouldn't that be my decision if I'm ok with That? I've had a blow out where my tire was ripped to shreds. What is a KIT going to do for son?! When I called first to inquire about the mat missing, they were literally like "oh well". Then I asked to speak with a manager who then claimed he'd have to talk to the general manager. REALLY??? OVER A MAT YOU ALL OWE ME IN THE FIRST PLACE??? Well we decide to check the car for anything else missing which is how we found out there is a kit. I don't care what current practices are. You should tell buyers you are not providing them with a spare so they can A. Not buy your vehicle B. Get a lower price...as these kits expire C. Be ok with it. My choice was taken from me just to get a sale!!! And by the way...I'm still waiting to hear from the manager about the mat! If you all are only out for that one sale and not a repeat customer, congratulations...you succeeded. I'm sick of these slimy dealerships! The amount of our hard earned money we spend we deserve better! More
