Worst purchasing experience EVER I went in to purchase a vehicle and went through the entire process, INCLUDING SIGNING PAPERWORK, to be told the bank didn't approve the deal. Daniell I went in to purchase a vehicle and went through the entire process, INCLUDING SIGNING PAPERWORK, to be told the bank didn't approve the deal. Danielle, the person that explains your paperwork, has a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE; Adam, who claimed to be the sales manager--HUGE LIAR; salesman was blindsided along with the customer!!! Then, they act like they can't give your money back the same day you gave it to them!!!! They supposedly "lock it in a safe" before the deal is done!! xxxxxxxx!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! More

Worst Dealership in Alabama This dealership is terrible. The finance department was very rude because they had to work late because our paperwork was pushed to the side by their This dealership is terrible. They sold me a truck that was sold 3 days earlier because they didn't do their job. They cashed my check and I still do not have my money back. They sent my truck to Atlanta a week after they knew we were not buying a truck from them. I still don't have my truck back either!!! I was told by Adam Crane multiple times that the truck and check would be delivered to my house since it wasn't there when I came to get it. Then today he said I would have to come get it unless I wanted one of them to drive my personal vehicle. If you want to deal with honest respectable people this is not the place for you. I called the general manager and left a message and he never returned my call. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!! More
